Conduct a full mix of butter and butter general surgery cases, including upper and lower endoscopic procedures. Manage shared call rotation on a 1:4 basis within a group comprising three board-certified surgeons, three APPs, and experienced support staff. Serve a population of 100,000 residents across a vibrant community with easy access to Florence and nearby cities.
