Job Summary
Perform a broad scope of general surgical procedures, including laparoscopic and endoscopic cases, while providing inpatient and outpatient surgical consultations. Participate in shared call coverage and collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of care. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and quality initiatives, and document clinical care accurately and efficiently in the EMR system. Contribute to surgical department growth, quality improvement, and community outreach efforts. Board-certified or board-eligible surgeons are sought for this full-time, hospital-employed role in Lawton, Oklahoma.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
- Eligible for Oklahoma medical licensure
- Experience in a broad general surgery practice preferred; new graduates welcome
