Perform acute and elective general surgery procedures, including robotic-assisted and advanced laparoscopic surgeries using DaVinci technology. Manage outpatient clinic visits in Montclair and Covina while providing inpatient surgical consultations and follow-up care. Participate in ER and hospital call coverage with a 1:3 night and weekend rotation shared across two facilities. Full-time position with flexible clinic and OR scheduling. Year 1 income guarantee of $350,000 plus productivity bonus, transitioning to a productivity-based model thereafter.
