General Superintendent

General Superintendent leads the full construction lifecycle of mission-critical data center projects, providing strategic direction for planning, coordination, sequencing, and site logistics; oversees day-to-day field operations including personnel, safety, scheduling, commissioning readiness, quality, and turnover documentation; handles heavy equipment logistics, constructability reviews, and coordination with owners, design teams, commissioning teams, and subcontractors to ensure on-schedule, compliant delivery of data center facilities. Key duties include managing complex MEP systems, ensuring OSHA compliance and owner standards, leading weekly coordination meetings, maintaining phased site utilization plans, developing scopes of work for mission-critical trades, reviewing quantity takeoffs and procurement strategies for long-lead equipment, and mentoring field staff to uphold safety, reliability, and performance targets.
