Job Summary
Direct field operations across civil construction projects by providing visible leadership, translating project plans into execution strategies, and coordinating manpower, equipment, and subcontractors. Monitor labor hours, productivity, and progress to address performance gaps, while enforcing safety policies and coaching foremen to strengthen field capabilities. Identify extra work and changed conditions, communicate risks to Project Managers, and conduct regular jobsite visits to maintain relationships with clients and partners. This full-time role operates Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-4:30 pm, with occasional evening or weekend work as duties demand. Candidates require 8+ years of construction experience and must pass a drug screen and reference check.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of construction field experience
- Previous experience as a Superintendent, General Superintendent, or similar leadership position
- Experience with civil construction, earthwork, utilities, site development, renewable energy, or related work
- Strong understanding of labor production, scheduling, and equipment management
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to manage multiple projects and crews
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
