Job Summary
Set the field execution strategy, site logistics plan, and operating rhythm for highly complex venue construction. Lead a team of superintendents and foremen to drive accountability, while championing a zero-incident culture. Implement construction plans in active venues and urban settings, coordinating emergency and severe-weather plans. Manage field operations for MEP, structural, and specialty systems, including night/weekend windows and just-in-time sequencing. This role requires a BS in Engineering or Construction Management with 12+ years of Superintendent experience, a valid driver's license, and OSHA 30 certification. Positions are located in the mid-west and eastern United States, requiring travel and relocation within the Central/East regions. This is a full-time, on-site position with no sponsorship available.

- 12 years of demonstrated Superintendent experience
- AA/AS and 14 years of relevant experience
- HSD/GED and 16 years of relevant experience

Desired Qualifications
- Successful experience in the construction of large public‐assembly or sports venues
- Proven experience delivering at least one major sports venue (e.g., ≥15,000‐seat arena or ≥25,000‐seat stadium) or comparable complex venue
- Expert understanding of long‐span steel/precast stadia
- Expert understanding of complex MEP/FP
- Expert understanding of life‐safety/egress
- Expert understanding of bowl geometry/tolerances
- Expert understanding of envelope waterproofing
- Mastery of field planning and production control (look‐ahead, takt/lean methods)
- Mastery of crane planning
- Mastery of heavy logistics in constrained sites
- Proficiency with digital field tools (e.g., Procore or similar)
- Proficiency with model/drawing review
- Proficiency with CPM alignment (e.g., P6)
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
