General Superintendent

Oversee scheduling, coordination, and supervision of crew activities for onsite field operations of RK Industries, LLC. and associated sub-contractors. Develop a Master Plan approach, execute and maintain CPMI, and schedule daily and weekly scope of work activities. Requisition tools and materials, monitor subcontractor performance, and coordinate jurisdictional inspections. Review labor hours and job costs weekly, assist with schedule preparation and resource allocation, and ensure accurate cost coding of time cards. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and lead efficient project closeout, including punch lists, owner training, and records archiving. Provide training, mentoring, and coaching for field personnel across all trades.
