General Superintendent

Job Summary
Oversees and coordinates construction teams and subcontractors to meet schedule milestones and safety standards; responsible for project planning, scheduling, quality control, safety management, cost control, risk assessment, client communication, and leadership of superintendents and craft personnel; ensures documentation and reporting, RFIs, change orders, and QA/QC alignment; requires minimum 10 years lead experience in industrial/commercial construction; TWIC credential; background check and drug screen; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a lead project superintendent in industrial and/or commercial construction
- Proven experience managing multiple job sites and field teams
- Must have intermediate to strong computer skills
- Must possess strong leadership, management, and communication skills
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and be able to maintain a healthy working relationship with a diverse group of individuals
- Hold active TWIC credential
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required
