Job Summary
Develop comprehensive construction schedules, oversee subcontractor teams, and enforce safety protocols while monitoring quality control and cost management. Manage daily site operations, resolve conflicts, and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders. Conduct regular inspections, review contract documents, and assist with preconstruction technical reviews of bid packages. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to field supervisors, conduct performance evaluations, and manage hiring for upcoming projects. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and RFIs, and mitigate risks to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a lead project superintendent in industrial and/or commercial construction
- Proven experience managing multiple job sites and field teams
- Must have intermediate to strong computer skills
- Must possess strong leadership, management, and communication skills
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and be able to maintain a healthy working relationship with a diverse group of individuals
- Hold active TWIC credential
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
