General superintendent - Mission Critical - Traveling

Job Summary
General Superintendent on a traveling, mission-critical construction program. Manages on-site coordination of Ryan employees and subcontractors, ensures safety programs, oversees budgets, and drives project completion on time and on budget across large, complex jobs (e.g., high-performance data centers). Leads project setup, documentation, subcontractor coordination, personnel training, and communication among the office, field, owners, architects, and city officials. Uses MS Project for CPM scheduling, reads prints and specifications, administers contracts and shop drawings, procures materials, and negotiates contracts. Builds relationships with owners/architects, mentors team members, value engineers projects, and oversees closeout. Requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration across multi-site teams; willing to travel to multiple job sites.

- Strong working knowledge of BIM and/or CAD and current building codes
- Previous experience creating and managing a MS Project schedule, and familiarity with the construction market
- Self-motivation and can supervise and work well with others while fostering a positive and inclusive work space
