Job Summary
Responsible for planning, scheduling, employee oversite, and management of industrial mechanical construction projects up to $10M in value, with a primary focus on industrial piping systems and equipment setting. Assists Project Manager in coordinating activities of employees engaged in construction process, utilizing knowledge of equipment, techniques, procedures, and specifications. This position is responsible for assisting craft supervision to coordinating activities of workers engaged in construction process, utilizing knowledge of equipment, techniques, procedures, and specifications with emphasis on process and utility piping installation and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction of industrial & Commercial projects with experience in industrial piping systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing mechanical craft trades including pipefitters and welders.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.
- Completion of OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.
- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
- Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
