Job Summary
Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foremen to ensure critical activities remain on schedule. Oversee field-specific activities for commercial construction projects from setup to closeout, including power and data center/mission critical industries. Document field issues impacting budget, quality, or schedule, and respond to subcontractor requests for such impacts. Supervise daily employee work and verify conformance of finished work products against contract requirements. Ensure all safety and environmental regulations are met while coordinating labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources for timely, cost-effective completion. Requires 10+ years in large-scale commercial construction, 7+ years in mechanical leadership, and 75% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction of large-scale commercial projects
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing mechanical craft trades
- Previous experience working on data center or mission critical projects
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office products
- Completion of OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training
- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time
- Driver's license with a clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing program
- Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software
- Experience with Viewpoint or similar account software
- Experience with Heavy Bid or similar estimating software
- Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred
