Job Summary
Lead field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects across sports stadiums, healthcare, aviation, and municipal/government sectors. Responsibilities include driving safety, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction; mentoring superintendents and trade partners; coordinating with Preconstruction and Operations on planning, logistics, and execution strategy; maintaining strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership; overseeing project reporting, scheduling, and performance tracking. Proficiency with Procore, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office is preferred; strong leadership, problem-solving, and risk-management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of commercial construction experience
- Lead or General Superintendent on large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and field operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with Procore and scheduling tools (preferred)
