Job Summary

Oversee daily execution of multiple active projects from mobilization through completion, supervising all field personnel including foremen and laborers. Develop and enforce policies to enhance safety, project performance, and profitability while optimizing resource deployment for labor, equipment, and materials. Coordinate construction activities, monitor production progress, and handle project closeouts in alignment with client site managers and project managers. Implement field safety protocols, conduct worksite inspections, and ensure all staff complete necessary compliance reports. Train foremen and laborers on fence installation techniques and equipment operation to foster a high-performance culture. Manage logistics for field operations, maintain equipment, and resolve site challenges while communicating regularly with office leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of construction and fence installation techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems
  • 5+ years of experience in field operations, preferably in the construction or fencing industry
  • High School Degree required
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in construction or related field preferred
  • Proven track record of managing field teams and overseeing projects
  • Experience with safety protocols and training, including OSHA compliance
  • Strong understanding of equipment and tool maintenance
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel to job sites as required
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. to shoulder height or higher
  • Push or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Walk or hike up to one mile on uneven terrain
  • Endure extreme climate variances (e.g., severe cold to high heat and humidity)
  • Hear, speak, see, and communicate effectively
  • Operate two-handed tools and equipment
  • Continuously - Standing, Walking, Handling/Grasping, Repetitive Movements, Bending/Stooping
  • Frequently - Lifting/Carrying, Pushing/Pulling, Digging, Operating Power Tools
  • Occasionally - Driving, Climbing, Reaching Overhead
  • Rarely - Sitting, Welding
  • Never - Confined Spaces
  • Personal protective equipment is required to be worn by OSHA and ANSI

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in project management software is a plus
  • Highly analytical with exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to grasp new processes, procedures, data, and expectations quickly
