Job Summary
Oversee daily execution of multiple field projects from mobilization through completion, coordinating construction activities, supervising foremen and laborers, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and company standards. Manage logistics for materials, equipment, and workforce while monitoring production performance, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource deployment to meet schedules. Develop and enforce operational policies, conduct worksite inspections, and lead training programs for field staff on fence installation techniques and safety practices. Collaborate with project managers and client site managers to resolve issues and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
Required Qualifications

- In-depth knowledge of construction and fence installation techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems
- 5+ years of experience in field operations, preferably in the construction or fencing industry
- High School Degree required
- associate or bachelor's degree in construction or related field preferred
- Proven track record of managing field teams and overseeing projects
- Experience with safety protocols and training, including OSHA compliance
- Strong understanding of equipment and tool maintenance
- Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications
