Job Summary
As General Superintendent, you will manage all field operations on assigned projects in South Florida, directly supervising superintendents, foremen, and field labor to achieve timely and profitable completion. The role emphasizes leading project teams across healthcare, transportation/aviation, mid/high-rise, and higher education construction, coordinating project plans, timelines, budgets, inspections, and safety processes to deliver exceptional finished products on ultra-luxury residential projects. Strong leadership, organizational, and client-service skills are essential to address issues quickly and keep projects on track. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General/Lead Construction Superintendent or Construction Superintendent, with at least five years' experience
- Experience leading project teams in construction sectors such as Healthcare, Transportation/Aviation, Mid/High-Rise Construction, and/or Higher Education
- Skilled in managing project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet project goals
- Experience with inspections, project reports, and quickly addressing issues to keep projects on track
- Proficient in safety protocols; 30-hour OSHA certification preferred
