Job Summary
Provide direct leadership and supervision to Superintendents, General Foremen, and Foremen while overseeing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure consistent execution standards. Develop and enforce standardized field processes, monitor productivity and manpower utilization, and lead workforce planning in coordination with Operations and Project Management teams. Oversee development of master schedules, track daily reports and timesheets, and manage tool, equipment, and inventory allocation across job sites. Champion safety culture by conducting site audits, coordinating inspections with AHJs, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company safety plans. Ensure work meets quality standards, support RFI resolution, and participate in closeout meetings to capture lessons learned. This role requires extensive knowledge of electrical systems, scheduling methodologies, and construction management principles, with experience overseeing projects up to $5M+ and leading 20–50+ field employees.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of field experience in electrical construction with progressive leadership responsibility
- High School diploma or GED
- Colorado Journeyman Electrical License
- Experience overseeing projects up to $5M+
- Proven ability to supervise and lead 20–50+ field employees across multiple projects
- Demonstrated accomplishments in improving field productivity and operational efficiency
- Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and drive milestone completion
- Track record of maintaining strong safety performance
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and construction practices
- Strong understanding of scheduling methodologies and construction management principles
- Advanced understanding of workforce productivity and resource planning
- Familiarity with OSHA 10
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and construction software (e.g., Bluebeam Studio)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to perform due diligence and risk assessment
- Impeccable integrity and professionalism with internal and external stakeholders
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to work in extreme temperatures, noise, dust, mud debris, welding, leading edge, trenching, and shoring
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
- Must be able to visit multiple locations during any one day
- Must be able to work on construction job sites
- Must be able to encounter typical construction conditions including extreme temperatures, noise, dust, mud debris, welding, leading edge, trenching, and shoring
- Must be able to work in a safe work environment
- Must be able to perform essential duties of the position

Desired Qualifications
