General Superintendent (Concrete)

General Superintendent for concrete (full-time direct hire). Oversees field operations across multiple active construction projects, mentors Superintendents and field teams, assists with scheduling, budgeting, manpower planning, and project execution, conducts job-site visits to monitor safety, quality, and productivity, collaborates with project management and operations leadership, and supports QA/QC initiatives and field training programs. Company provides a vehicle; travel is required. 10–15+ years of construction leadership experience preferred, with background in water/wastewater, infrastructure, or coatings considered strong assets; proficiency with Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel.
