General Superintendent - Commercial Interiors

General Superintendent leading self-perform interior trade teams on commercial interior projects across manufacturing, industrial, and power & energy sectors. Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to Aristeo’s high quality and safety standards. Oversees on-site superintendents, staffing and workforce planning, interfaces with Union representatives, dispatches manpower, tools and equipment, maintains schedule/performance tracking, drives productivity and quality through audits and coaching, and ensures immediate reporting and investigation of incidents. Requires minimum 5 years of field supervisory experience in commercial interiors, a 4-year engineering degree (or equivalent), STSC Certification, OSHA 30, and a valid driver’s license. Travel for short and long-term assignments is required.”,
