Job Summary
Lead project execution across multiple concurrent sites by managing logistics, schedules, and labor resources while enforcing labor agreements and safety regulations. Conduct peer reviews of Project Execution Plans to provide constructability guidance and oversee self-perform work management. Develop field teams through mentoring Superintendents, coaching emerging leaders, and partnering with operations on hiring and performance decisions. Coordinate equipment utilization and support regional operational initiatives. Manage craft employment and workforce planning while navigating complex data center environments requiring physical agility and PPE compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction field leadership
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects across diverse scopes
- Prior experience mentoring or leading Superintendents
- Data center or mission-critical construction experience
- Advanced knowledge of construction means, methods, and field execution
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
- Ability to manage complex logistics, schedules, and labor resources
- Strong understanding of labor agreements, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to influence projects, operations, and regional leadership teams
- High School degree or GED
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
- Must lift at least 50 lbs
- Raise arms above shoulder level
- Perform overhead work for extended periods
- The ability to climb and carry ladders (up to 12 ft)
- Navigate stairways
- Work at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts
- Access restricted areas (e.g., switchgear rooms, vaults, tunnels, crawl spaces)
- Wear full PPE
- Good vision and hearing (normal or corrected) and accurate color identification

- Journeyman Electrical License
- OSHA Training Certification
