Job Summary
General Store Manager responsible for leading a high-performing retail sales team, delivering exceptional in-store guest experiences, meeting/exceeding KPIs and financial objectives, coaching and developing staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and operating procedures, optimizing product knowledge, merchandising, and store operations to drive profitability and customer loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years General Sales Management, preferably in a commissioned sales or big box retail environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related areas is preferable
- Experience managing a team of 25+ associates
- Proven track record of meeting financial objectives
- Proven customer service excellence
- Goal oriented and able to lead a team to meet goals
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in a commissioned sales environment preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
