General Staff Direct Care

Support all staff in maintaining daily routines, structure, and supervision for adolescent students enrolled in the Teen Challenge Adolescent Boys Center. Reinforce program rules and guidelines consistently while observing and reporting student behavior to appropriate staff. Answer incoming phone calls, assist with correspondence and student records, and schedule appointments for intake and applications. Provide spiritual mentorship through prayer and conversations, helping foster a Christ-centered environment and safe, homelike atmosphere. Serve as a positive role model in classroom, chore supervision, or other duties assigned by the Program Director.
