General Sonographer-Part-time Evening Shift

General Sonographer – Part-time Evening Shift: Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations, review patient history and physician orders to determine appropriate protocols, and assess patients throughout procedures. Manage daily worklists, prepare patients and equipment, and ensure image quality while minimizing exposure. Position, transport, and educate patients; document findings and ensure accurate charging and PACS transmission. Provide supervision to students, support quality improvement initiatives, and maintain infection control and equipment safety. Requires ARDMS certification, BLS, and graduation from an accredited ultrasound program; background check performed. Northwestern Medicine is an equal opportunity employer.
