Job Summary
Assist electricians, plumbers, and carpenters on planned construction projects while operating equipment like forklifts, skid loaders, and aerial lifts. Perform independent light carpentry and paint projects, move furniture and supplies, and check in district vehicles. Handle warehouse tasks including central receiving, changing HVAC filters, maintaining inventory logs, and placing orders. Operate assorted equipment such as mowers and snow plows during winter months. Complete pre-employment drug screens, motor vehicle checks, and background checks as part of the hiring process.
