Job Summary
Service guests' vehicles by checking oil levels, inspecting fluid levels, installing oil drain plugs and filters, and ensuring proper tire inflation. Maintain a clean service center, document all work on repair orders, and report safety issues immediately to management. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians while promoting teamwork to deliver accurate guest care during all operating hours. Perform various manual tasks including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods. Must have at least three months of customer-facing experience, be 18 years of age, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
