Job Summary
Conduct non-technical automotive service repairs including tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance, rotation, and oil changes. Transport customers and pick up parts, supplies, and tires from vendors or the corporate office using the company vehicle. Maintain shop cleanliness across the service area, tire racks, showroom, and exterior. Perform State Safety and Emission Inspections following all company and state guidelines. Document vehicle conditions using the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order. Adhere to safety procedures and report concerns to the direct supervisor. Work five days per week, including weekends, with a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to stand up to eight hours per day in the shop
- Must be able to walk to gain access to various areas of the building
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel and crouch regularly throughout the day
- Must have full range of motion with arms and hands
- Must be able to feel, handle or finger objects frequently
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds frequently
- Must have vision sufficient to detect color, depth, and re-focus
