Job Summary
General Service Technician (Part-Time) responsible for oil changes, tire installation, balancing, fluid checks, and promoting store products/services; performs customer-service focused duties, stock/maintain store appearance, and supports sales initiatives while ensuring safety and adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- 17 years of age (with parental consent) or older
- Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials
- Ability to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
- Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to exchange accurate information with customers
- Ability and willingness to work with hazardous materials
- Ability to consistently work in outdoor weather conditions
- Ability and willingness to comply with Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) regulations
- Legal authorization to work in the United States of America
- Ability to obtain Current Motor Vehicle Inspection license within 6 months of eligibility (for Missouri based stores)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Sales abilities
- Availability to work holidays, weekends, and after regular business hours as needed
