General Service Technician

General Service Technician responsible for service and installation of store products and services, including oil changes, oil filter changes, tire installation/rotation/balancing, fluid/top-up checks, tire disposal handling, facility cleanliness, customer greeting and service, and promoting product/service benefits. Role includes sales duties per policy, stock management, vehicle operation within service areas, training new staff, maintaining store appearance to Big O Tires standards, and adherence to PPE and safety policies. Eligible to work in the U.S. with valid driver’s license; positions require outdoor work, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and availability for holidays/weekends. Preferred HS diploma or GED; strong verbal skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
