Job Summary
Perform Meineke vehicle inspections, oil changes, and routine maintenance services including tire mounting, balancing, and rotation. Execute basic brake and suspension repairs, replace filters and batteries, and test drive vehicles to verify fixes. Review inspection findings with service advisors and follow strict repair and safety procedures while maintaining a clean, organized work area. Assist with shop maintenance, stocking, and general duties to keep vehicles moving efficiently. Gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced technicians to advance into a full automotive technician position.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive as needed
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive experience is helpful
- Basic automotive experience
- Automotive school, vocational training, or previous shop experience
- ASE certifications
