Job Summary
General Service Technician in Upland, CA. Entry-level role focusing on professionally servicing guests' vehicles, participating in a training program to gain certification, and delivering quality guest care. Responsibilities include promoting teamwork to ensure on-time, accurate service; delivering clear communication about guest vehicles; maintaining a clean, presentable service center; mentoring junior team members; checking oil level, tire pressure, and fluid levels; inspecting vehicles and performing tasks such as installing a new oil drain plug and oil filter; adhering to safety policies; lifting up to 50 pounds; and working in varying temperatures and environments. Requires effective communication with guests and teammates, a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow procedures. Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
