Job Summary
Service guests' vehicles by checking oil levels, inspecting fluids, installing drain plugs and filters, and documenting all work on repair orders. Maintain a clean service center, communicate clearly with guests and teammates, and mentor junior technicians. Perform various manual tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and squatting while adhering to strict safety protocols. Requires at least three months of customer-facing experience, ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, and no sponsorship needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
