Job Summary
General Service Technician (GST) at a team-based service center in Seattle, WA. Entry-level role with a training program to gain certification and hands-on experience servicing guests' vehicles. Responsibilities include promoting teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care, providing excellent guest and technician communication, keeping the service center clean and presentable, mentoring junior technicians, verifying oil levels and tire pressures, inspecting and refilling fluids, performing oil drain plug/filter replacement, and documenting all work on the repair order. Must be physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, be willing to work in varying temperatures and loud environments, and follow safety protocols.
