Job Summary
As a General Service Technician, perform entry-level vehicle service and maintenance tasks to ensure high-quality work and guest satisfaction. You will participate in the company training program to gain certification and develop expertise across offered services, promote teamwork to deliver timely, accurate guest care, communicate clearly with guests and teammates, maintain a clean and presentable service center, and mentor junior technicians. Duties include checking oil levels with teammates, ensuring proper tire pressure, inspecting and refilling fluids, performing oil drain plug and oil filter replacements, completing repair orders, reporting safety issues, and following all safety protocols. Physical tasks may involve standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varying temperatures and loud environments.
