Job Summary
Service guests' vehicles by checking oil levels, inspecting fluid levels, installing oil drain plugs and filters, and ensuring proper tire inflation. Maintain a clean service center, document all work on repair orders, and report safety issues immediately to management. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level technicians while promoting teamwork to deliver accurate guest care. Perform various manual tasks including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays while adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
