Job Summary
General Service Technician (entry-level) responsibilities include professionally servicing guests' vehicles, performing oil changes and related tasks, checking oil level, tire pressure, and fluid levels, conducting vehicle inspections, and maintaining a clean, presentable service center. You will participate in the training program to gain certification and expertise across our services, drive teamwork and exceptional guest service, and follow safety protocols. The role requires effective communication with guests and teammates, attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future
