Job Summary
Service guests' vehicles by checking and communicating oil levels, inspecting and refilling fluids, installing oil drain plugs and filters, and ensuring proper tire inflation. Maintain a clean and presentable service center while documenting all work performed on repair orders and reporting safety issues immediately. Perform various manual tasks including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians and demonstrate excellent guest service through clear communication. Requires at least 3 months of customer-facing experience, ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated, dependable, and a team player
- Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures, identify problems, and make sound decisions
- Physically able to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks including bending and squatting
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
- Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and company policies
