General Service Technician

Job Summary
Conduct oil changes and filter replacements on cars and light trucks. Perform tire services including installation, repair, and rotation. Inspect engine fluids, lubricate frontend parts, and execute thorough vehicle inspections following a checklist for belts, hoses, and brakes. Move customer vehicles into and out of service bays while maintaining positive relationships with customers, co-workers, and management. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and functional. Act professionally to represent the organization with trust, honesty, and respect. Requires a valid driver's license, willingness to work weekends, and ability to perform prolonged standing and lifting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen
- Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Must be mechanically inclined
Desired Qualifications
- One year or more years of experience in basic car care helpful but not necessary
- Customer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Top-notch customer service skills with a desire to build long term trust and relationships with our customers
