Job Summary
Conduct oil changes and tire services including installation, repair, and rotation. Inspect vehicles for trouble spots such as belts, hoses, and brakes while topping off engine fluids and lubricating frontend parts. Operate customer vehicles into and out of service bays, maintaining positive relationships with customers and co-workers. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and functional while adhering to safety protocols and company values. Requires a valid driver's license, mechanical inclination, and willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Top-notch customer service skills
- Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending
- Exerting 50 - 100 lbs of force occasionally and/or 10 - 25 lbs of force frequently and/or greater than 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects
- Ability to meet the physical requirements listed for this role
Desired Qualifications
- One year or more years of experience in basic car care
