Job Summary
Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and tire services including installation, repair, and rotation. Perform vehicle inspections for belts, hoses, and brakes; inspect and top off engine fluids; lubricate frontend parts. Move customer vehicles into and out of service bays while maintaining positive relationships with customers and co-workers. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and functional, adhering to safety standards and company values. Requires a valid driver's license, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Top-notch customer service skills
- Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending
- Exerting 50 - 100 lbs of force occasionally and/or 10 - 25 lbs of force frequently and/or greater than 10 lbs of force constantly
- Ability to meet the physical requirements listed for this role
Desired Qualifications
- One year or more years of experience in basic car care
