General Service Technician

Job Summary
Provide quality automotive service in a fast oil-change and full-service bay, including oil changes and oil-filter replacement, tire care (installation, repair, and rotation), fluid topped-offs, and basic inspections following a checklist of potential trouble spots; operate vehicles in and out of service bays; maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas; uphold professional conduct and build long-term customer relationships; work cooperatively with coworkers and management; meet physical requirements and pass pre-employment screenings; candidates should be mechanically inclined with strong customer service and teamwork skills, and be willing to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- One year or more years of experience in basic car care helpful but not necessary
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Top-notch customer service skills with a desire to build long term trust and relationships with our customers
- Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
