Job Summary
General Service Technician responsible for oil changes, oil/filter service, tire care (installation, repair, rotation), inspecting and topping off engine fluids, lubricating frontend parts, performing vehicle inspections via a checklist, moving cars in/out of bays, and maintaining customer relationships and a clean, safe work area. Must be mechanically inclined, able to work in a team, hold a valid driver’s license, pass pre-employment drug test/background check, and be willing to work Saturdays/Sundays. Position requires at least a high school diploma or GED and may require some experience in basic car care.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- One year or more years of experience in basic car care helpful but not necessary
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Top-notch customer service skills with a desire to build long term trust and relationships with our customers
- Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
