Job Summary
The General Service Technician position focuses on oil changes, tire care, and basic vehicle inspections with an emphasis on customer service and teamwork. Responsibilities include changing oil and filters, tire installation/rotation, checking and topping off fluids, lubricating frontend parts, performing vehicle inspections, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Requires a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent, valid driver's license, willingness to work weekends, and the ability to pass a background check; prior basic car care experience is helpful but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to build trust with customers and co-workers while upholding company values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- One year or more years of experience in basic car care helpful but not necessary
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Top-notch customer service skills
- Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
