Job Summary
General Service Technician responsible for oil changes, oil-filter replacement, tire care (installation, repair, rotation), and inspecting/top-offing engine fluids. Performs thorough vehicle inspections using a checklist to identify trouble spots (belts, hoses, brakes, etc.), moves and operates customer vehicles in service bays, and maintains positive relationships with customers and teammates. Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area, behaves professionally, and upholds company values. Requires ability to meet physical requirements (standing, lifting, pushing/pulling) and to pass a background check. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- One year or more years of experience in basic car care helpful but not necessary
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
