Job Summary
General Service Technician responsible for oil changes, oil-filter changes, tire care (installation, repair, rotation), inspecting and topping off engine fluids, lubricating frontend parts, performing vehicle inspections per a checklist, moving vehicles into/out of bays, maintaining safe, clean work areas, and delivering professional service while upholding company values. Requires basic mechanical inclination, customer-focused teamwork, valid driver’s license, ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background screen, and willingness to work weekends; physical tasks include standing, lifting, and moving objects as part of daily duties. The role emphasizes quality service, customer relations, compliance with safety standards, and collaboration with co-workers and management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- One year or more years of experience in basic car care helpful but not necessary
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Top-notch customer service skills with a desire to build long term trust and relationships with our customers
- Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
