Job Summary
Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and basic vehicle inspections; mount, balance, repair, rotate, and replace tires; inspect brakes, suspension components, lights, and wipers; operate lifts, air tools, tire changers, and wheel balancers safely; maintain shop cleanliness and organize inventory; greet customers, explain services, and document work accurately.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in lube/tire or automotive service preferred
- Comfortable using lifts and tire equipment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and be able to stand for extended periods
- Preferred: ASE certification or technical school training
- Experience with light vehicle diagnostics and basic brake work
