Job Summary
Service guests' vehicles by checking and communicating oil levels, ensuring proper tire inflation, inspecting and refilling fluid levels, completing vehicle inspections, and installing new oil drain plugs and filters. Clean and lubricate fittings as needed, document all work performed on the repair order, and report any safety issues immediately to management. Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care while maintaining a clean, presentable service center. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level technicians. Perform various manual tasks including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods. Requires at least three months of customer-facing experience, ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays, and physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
