Job Summary
Entry-level General Service Technician responsible for professionally servicing guests' vehicles and delivering a superior guest experience. Will participate in a training program to gain certification across services offered, promote teamwork to ensure on-time, accurate care, communicate clearly with guests and teammates, maintain a clean and presentable service center, mentor junior staff, check oil levels and tire pressure, inspect and refill fluids, document work on repair orders, and adhere to safety policies while performing manual tasks (lifting, standing, bending) during extended shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality)
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
- Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures, identify problems, and make sound decisions
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending and squatting
Desired Qualifications
