Job Summary
Service guests' vehicles by checking and communicating oil levels, inspecting and refilling fluid levels, installing new oil drain plugs and filters, and cleaning fittings. Perform various manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels, standing, and bending to maintain a clean, presentable service center. Provide clear communication and feedback regarding guest vehicles while documenting all work on repair orders and reporting safety issues immediately. Mentor junior and mid-level technicians and promote teamwork to ensure accurate, on-time guest care. Requires at least three months of customer-facing experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and availability for a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated, dependable, and a team player
- Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures, identify problems, and make sound decisions
- Physically able to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks including bending and squatting
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
- Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and company policies
