Job Summary
Service guests' vehicles by checking and communicating oil levels, inspecting and refilling fluids, installing new oil drain plugs and filters, and cleaning fittings. Perform various manual tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and squatting while maintaining a clean and presentable service center. Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues immediately to management. Promote teamwork to deliver accurate guest care during flexible operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
