Job Summary
General Service Technician (GST) in an entry-level role focused on professionally servicing guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience. Training program provides certification and expertise across offered services; responsibilities include promoting teamwork, delivering clear guest communications, maintaining a clean service center, mentoring junior technicians, checking oil levels and tire pressure, inspecting and refilling fluids, completing repair orders, reporting safety issues, and performing tasks such as oil drain plug and oil filter replacement, lubrication, and documentation while adhering to safety policies. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
- Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks including bending and squatting
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
- Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and company policies
